The video introduces Wasco’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption requirements and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System through a golf-themed storyline featuring Natalie, Aiden and Zach. As the characters progress through the course, the golf journey is used as a metaphor for the ethical decisions employees face at work; highlighting the importance of integrity, sound judgement and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
It reinforces Wasco’s zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, encouraging employees to recognize potential risks, understand and follow company policies, make ethical choices and speak up or report concerns early. The central message is that protecting Wasco’s reputation and maintaining trust is a shared responsibility, and that every employee’s decision and action matter.
